Tapu devri s\u0131ras\u0131nda, sat\u0131\u015f bedelinin %6&#8217;s\u0131 oran\u0131nda bir tapu harc\u0131 \u00f6der. Yerel bankalar, yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara da uygun faiz oranlar\u0131 ile ipotekli kredi sunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130potekli kredi kullanmak isteyenlerin, gelir durumlar\u0131n\u0131 ve kredi skorlar\u0131n\u0131 belgelemeleri gerekmektedir.
