Dolce Mare Resort is our residential development on a 50,500 m² site on the Tatlısu coast. We planned apartments from studios (1+0) to 4+1 together with a swimming pool, gym, tennis court, kids’ club and walking path.

Dolce Mare Resort is on the coastline at Tatlısu, in the Gazimağusa (Famagusta) district of North Cyprus. We planned the project on a 50,500 m² site with a life close to the sea and nature in mind. Tatlısu is an option for people looking for a quieter coastal life away from the town centres.
Project size and apartment options
According to our project plan, Dolce Mare Resort consists of 262 homes in 21 blocks. Of these, 128 are 1+0 (studios), 72 are 1+1, 36 are 2+1, 12 are 3+1 and 14 are 4+1. This brings options for different needs together in one project, from compact studios to spacious family apartments.
Private gardens and terraces are among the project’s features; our floor plans show which apartments have them. A jacuzzi is available as an option. We are happy to share the floor plan, dimensions and orientation of the apartment you are interested in.
Social facilities
A swimming pool, gym, tennis court, basketball court, walking path and green areas are part of the project. We have set aside a kids’ club for children. A restaurant, café bar, terrace café bar and vitamin bar make up the food and drink options. Our sales team can tell you about the terms of use of the beach featured in our project presentation.
Infrastructure and security
The development has a central generator, a hydrophore (water pressure) system, a central satellite system, a central water treatment system and high-speed internet infrastructure. The apartments have air conditioning. Security cameras, an automatic entrance gate, site security and parking are also part of our project plan.
