Dolce Vita Resort is our residential and commercial development on a 70,000 m² site in İskele Long Beach, where the coast meets the forest. We planned apartments from studios (1+0) to 3+1 together with a shared swimming pool, gym, tennis court, walking path, restaurant and café.

Location: İskele Long Beach
Dolce Vita Resort is in the Long Beach area of İskele, where the coastline and the forest sit side by side. We planned the project on a 70,000 m² site and set aside about 2,500 m² of it for social facilities. Long Beach is a quiet settlement away from the bustle of the town, for people who want to live close to the coast.
Project size and apartment options
According to our project plan, Dolce Vita Resort consists of 428 homes and 8 commercial units in 19 blocks. Of the homes, 188 are 1+0 (studios), 164 are 1+1, 60 are 2+1 and 16 are 3+1. This brings options for different needs together in one development, from a compact studio for one person to a spacious 3+1 for a family.
Private gardens and terraces are among the project’s features; our floor plans show which apartments have them. Jacuzzis and air conditioning are available as options. We are happy to share the floor plan, dimensions and orientation of the apartment you are interested in.
Social facilities
A shared swimming pool, gym, spa centre, tennis court, basketball court, walking path and green areas are part of the project. A restaurant, café bar, terrace café bar and vitamin bar make up the food and drink options, and there is also a games club on site. Our sales team can tell you about the terms of use of the private beach featured in our project presentation.
Infrastructure and security
The development has a central generator, a hydrophore (water pressure) system, a central satellite system and a central water treatment system. Security cameras, an automatic entrance gate, site security and parking are also part of our project plan.
