Akol Global is a group of construction and real estate companies that has been developing residential projects in Northern Cyprus since 2001. From our head office in Iskele, we run projects in the Iskele, Famagusta, Kyrenia and Karpaz regions. As Akol Development Ltd., we are a member of the Turkish Cypriot Building Contractors Association (KTİMB). Alongside construction and project development, we also work in real estate investment, rental and property management, tourism, media and after-sales services.

Akol Global set out in 2001 to develop residential projects in Northern Cyprus. Today, from our head office in Iskele, we carry out our construction and real estate work by the same principle: a focus on “people and life”. We design every project with both the people who will live there and the natural setting around it in mind.
Six of our residential projects are currently under way: Dolce Vita Resort in Iskele Long Beach, Seafront Resort in Iskele, Salamis Holiday Homes Resort in Yeniboğaziçi, Dolce Mare Resort in Tatlısu, Esentepe Exclusive in Esentepe, Kyrenia, and Akol Marine at the entrance to the Karpaz Peninsula. Our completed projects include Caddemm Residence and The Sea House Residences in Famagusta, Twins Salamis in the Salamis area and Karpaz Peninsula Villas in Dipkarpaz.
What began with housing has grown into new fields. In tourism, Caddemm Inn Hotel in Famagusta operates within our group. In media, we are present through BAĞIMSIZ Media Group, which Kanal T joined in December 2023. Together with rental and property management and after-sales services, we are today a group of companies working across six business areas, from construction to media.
