PROJECT GUIDE

Location: Dipkarpaz

The project is in Dipkarpaz on the Karpaz Peninsula, in a quiet village setting. The area is known for Golden Beach and for beaches where sea turtles nest. According to the travel times on our project website, İskele is about 60 minutes away, Gazimağusa (Famagusta) 79, Lefkoşa (Nicosia) 129 and the airport about 90 minutes.

Village-house architecture

We designed the project by combining traditional Cypriot village-house architecture with the needs of everyday life today, and completed it as a settlement of 16 homes. Each 115 m² (gross) home has a living room (28 m²), kitchen (20 m²), two bedrooms (17 and 14 m²), shower-WC and hallway, with a 12 m² front terrace and a 13 m² back terrace for outdoor living.

Features

A private garden, fireplace, air conditioning, central satellite system, hydrophore, aluminium double glazing, ceramic floors and parking are among the homes’ features. Shared green areas are also part of the project.

Second phase

In the same area we developed a second phase, Karpaz Peninsula Villas 2; details are on its own page.

Information

A completed project’s page does not mean there are homes for sale in it. Our sales team can tell you whether any homes in the first phase are available.
