Salamis Gardens is our completed residential project about 750 metres from the sea, named after the ancient city of Salamis. It has 36 homes on a 6,700 m² site, a 200 m² swimming pool and houses with gardens and terraces.

Salamis Gardens is in the Salamis area, about 750 metres from the sea. The project takes its name from the nearby ancient city of Salamis; Kocareis, Venus, Mimoza and Glapsides beaches are also close by.
The homes
We completed the project as 36 homes on a 6,700 m² site. We designed the houses in line with the area’s cultural character, inspired by natural architecture; gardens and terraces with bougainvillea-covered pergolas make room for time outdoors. The homes were designed for year-round living.
A fireplace, kitchen cabinets, two-door wardrobes, natural marble steps and Mermerit kitchen worktops are among the homes’ features. Each house has its own parking space.
Shared areas and infrastructure
A 200 m² swimming pool and landscaped green areas are for shared use. The development has a central generator, central satellite system, central hydrophore system and an underground water tank.
