Salamis Holiday Homes Resort is our residential development in Yeniboğaziçi, near Salamis Forest and the ancient city of Salamis. On a 21,000 m² site we planned 1+0 and 1+1 apartments together with a shared swimming pool, tennis court, walking path, restaurant and mini market.

Location: Yeniboğaziçi
Salamis Holiday Homes Resort is in Yeniboğaziçi in the Gazimağusa (Famagusta) district. Yeniboğaziçi Park is directly opposite the project site, and Yeniboğaziçi Primary School, the Pulya Festival Area, Salamis Forest and the ancient city of Salamis are close by. Within walking distance of the beach, the project sits between the sea, the forest and the park.
Project size and apartment options
We planned the project on a 21,000 m² site and set aside 480 m² for social facilities. According to our project plan there are 144 apartments: 56 studios (1+0) and 88 one-bedroom (1+1) apartments.
Every apartment has a private garden or a roof terrace. The apartments have air-conditioning infrastructure, and a jacuzzi is available as an option. We are happy to share the floor plan and dimensions of the apartment you are interested in.
Social facilities
A shared swimming pool, tennis court, walking path and green areas are part of the project. A restaurant, café bar and vitamin bar make up the food and drink options, and a mini market on site covers daily needs.
Infrastructure and security
The development has a reception, central generator, hydrophore (water pressure) system, central satellite system and central water treatment system. Security cameras, an automatic entrance gate and parking are also part of our project plan.
