Seafront Resort is our residential development in İskele, near Long Beach and the ancient city of Salamis, about 100 metres from the sea. We planned 1+0, 1+1 and loft apartments together with a shared swimming pool, spa centre, walking path, restaurant and café.

Location: İskele, near Long Beach
Seafront Resort is in İskele, close to Long Beach and the ancient city of Salamis. The project site is about 100 metres from the sea, with picnic areas and restaurants serving local cuisine nearby. We planned the project on a 29,750 m² site and set aside 660 m² of it for social facilities.
Apartment options
According to our project plan, Seafront Resort has 152 homes: 56 studios (1+0), 40 one-bedroom (1+1) apartments and 56 loft apartments. The lofts offer a separate option for those looking for a different layout from the standard plans.
Private gardens and terraces are among the project’s features; our floor plans show which apartments have them. The apartments have air conditioning, and a jacuzzi is available as an option. We are happy to share the floor plan, dimensions and orientation of the apartment you are interested in.
Social facilities
A shared swimming pool, spa centre, walking path and green areas are part of the project. A restaurant, café bar, terrace café bar and vitamin bar make up the food and drink options, and there is also a games club on site.
Infrastructure and security
The development has a central generator, a hydrophore (water pressure) system, a central satellite system and a central water treatment system. Security cameras, an automatic entrance gate, site security and parking are also part of our project plan.
