How you want to live in a home matters as much as the life you will build around it. At Akol Global we have been developing residential projects in Northern Cyprus since 2001; in our projects in İskele, Gazimağusa, Girne and Karpaz we consider location, layout and shared living spaces together.

As Akol Global, developing residential projects since 2001, we help you compare our projects for living, seasonal use or renting out, and weigh purchase and ownership costs together. We are not a REIT (GYO); investing here means owning a home in one of our projects directly.

A media structure that follows the Northern Cyprus agenda through digital news and television broadcasting. We are present in media through the BAĞIMSIZ Media Group, whose outlets include Bağımsız Gazete (bagimsiz.com) and Kanal T, which joined the group on 1 December 2023.
